You have your score. Here is what moves it.
ShiftAI is four provable 90-day wins, run in a pod of eight to twelve founders, with a coach, and the same Leverage Score you just measured tracking your progress at every stage.

Every founder starts somewhere different. The path is the same.
| Win | What changes | What you leave with |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · AI Yourself | You become an AI-powered leader. | A Personal AI Operating System and a Leverage Score of at least 5x. Guaranteed. |
| 2 · AI Your Team | You stop being the only one who uses AI well. | Managers trained, staff equipped, guardrails in place. The business moves, not just you. |
| 3 · AI Your Strategy | You build a strategy designed to win in an AI market. | A clear view of what AI has shifted, and a position that is genuinely hard to copy. |
| 4 · AI Your Operating System | It runs without heroics. | The leadership system to stay ahead permanently. |
Four sprints. Twelve months.
Each win is a 90-day sprint, and four sprints back-to-back make up the twelve-month Transformation Track. Most founders start with a day at the Bootcamp or a single sprint and decide on the full year from inside it, not before.
“Within two months, I have completely shifted from thinking about AI as a task tool to rebuilding my entire operating system around it.”
— Daniel Hatfield, co-founder, Edge Growth
Our First-Win Guarantee
By the end of Sprint One you will have a Personal AI Operating System and a Leverage Score of at least 5x measured on the same X-Ray you started with.
That holds when you hold up your side:
- Five hours a week on your missions.
- Every mission completed.
- Every pod call attended - that is where the coaching happens.
Do all three and you are not at 5x by the end of the sprint, we will give your money back or better still keep coaching you at no extra cost until you are. We would rather finish the job than keep your fee for a result we did not deliver.
Why you are more likely to finish this
Self-paced AI courses complete at 10 to 15 per cent. Cohort programmes with live coaching complete at 85 to 90 per cent.
That is the difference a pod and a coach make, and it is the honest answer to the thing you are probably not saying out loud: that you have bought this kind of thing before and not finished it.
We turn away more founders than we accept.
This is for you if
- You lead a scaling business, roughly 10 to 200 people.
- AI transformation is already your number one priority, not something on the list.
- You believe AI is the next major wave and you have to respond. We are not here to convince you of that.
- Something has changed recently that made this urgent.
- You can drive the idea, but you cannot architect the path alone.
This is not for you if
- You can staff this internally. If you have the capital and headcount to build a dedicated AI team, you will outpace this programme and you should.
- AI transformation is not yet your number one priority. Do not apply yet. Retake the X-Ray in ninety days and come back when it is.
- You are an executive inside a large corporate. You can buy personal capability anywhere. You cannot change an operating model you do not own, and that is what this programme exists to change.
Eight to twelve founders per pod. Beyond twelve, a pod stops being a peer group and becomes an audience.
How a week in the pod actually runs
This is not a course. It is implementation. Every week, in about five hours of your own time, you build something real and deploy it into your business. On the pod call, your coach helps you make it work and your pod's shared experience makes it better than you'd build alone. Thirteen weekly wins compound into one: your own AI operating system.
Who you will work with
Jason Goldberg
Founder and Product Visionary, Art of Scale
Jason has co-founded four businesses - Edge Growth, Vumela Fund, 10X Entrepreneur and Art of Scale - and spent nearly 20 years scaling founders. He built Edge Growth’s Ventures arm to roughly $120m under management across some 140 investments, and wrote The Art of Scale, the leading book on scaling in emerging markets.
Jason Krause
Founder and CEO, Art of Scale
Jason was part of the team that scaled Merchants, a call-centre outsourcer, from under 50 people to over 200 in three years - local startup to international. A former CEO several times over, he now leads Art of Scale’s pivot to an AI-native platform and coaches founders through that transformation on ShiftAI.
Keshav Mohabir
AI Augemntation Lead, Art of Scale
Keshav led Bolt Food’s pivot into grocery delivery when COVID rewrote the market overnight, scaling it to 10k customers in the first 6 months. After three years turning data into decisions at Boston Consulting Group, he now leads AI augmentation at Art of Scale, building the agentic systems himself so coaching focuses on what actually runs, not slideware.
Every coach has scaled a business. That is the entry requirement.
Where we actually are
ShiftAI launched recently. Five pods are running. No founder has yet completed all four sprints, and we will not imply otherwise. What our founders report is what they have seen at two and three months in.
Being early is the point. Founding cohorts shape the programme, get more direct access to the coaches, and move before their markets do.

| If you did this instead | What it costs | Against the Track |

| Berkeley CEO Program, 9 to 12 months | R630,000 to R684,000 | 7 to 7.6× less |
| Wharton Owner, President and CEO, 18 months | R2.07m | 23× less |

Our Prices
Your starting point. Baseline your leverage before anything else.
per person · R5,500 each when you bring another founder · join the Track within 30 days and the Bootcamp was free

per person, or quarterly in advance at +20%
Local taxes required by law are charged in addition where applicable.
Bring the leader who is travelling with you.
Both seats at full price, and the second seat unlocks the Leadership Cascade: a Team AI Leverage X-Ray across your management layer, plus a private session to carry the shift to your wider leadership team. A discount would only have saved you money on one seat. The Cascade changes what the two of you can do across the whole company, which is why the second seat is full price, not half.
Two ways in: go together as co-leaders, or set the vision yourself and hand a mandated leader the full Track. You hold the why, they build it. David Reynders is the proof it works: a founder brought a senior leader, and that leader now runs the transformation across the company.
Two leaders through the full Track is R180,000. A single seat at Berkeley is R630,000.
“I am now leading AI transformation across our company, seeing non-technical team members producing better-quality outputs in less time.”
— David Reynders, CTO, Merchant Capital
